Refund & Return Policy

Refunds are only available if the item you receive is damaged.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at shopwop@shopwop.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (like beauty products)

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
