Order Confirmation

After you place an order on our website, we may call you or send a WhatsApp message to confirm it. If we cannot reach you on the phone number provided, your order will not be dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.

  • If any item in your order is out of stock or does not meet our quality check, it will be removed, and the rest of the order will be shipped.

  • Courier riders may call before delivery. Please keep your phone on and answer unknown numbers.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), please keep exact change ready, as riders may not always carry change.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx.

  • Delivery time: 5–10 working days (customs clearance may take additional time).

  • International orders are shipped only after full payment in advance.

  • For jewelry, international shipments are limited to 2kg per parcel without export documentation.

  • Shipping rates depend on package weight. Charges will be confirmed after your order.

  • As a guide, shipping to the US & Europe starts at $45 USD per kg.
